Site Engineering often requires specialized services such as geotechnical and mechanical engineering, wetland and forest delineation, traffic studies, and/or environmental studies. Through our years of experience, we have developed mutually rewarding relationships with a vast array of sub-consultants with whom we can engage in fulfilling any specialized project requirements that arise.

Civil Engineering Associates offers a full complement of Construction Phase Services to local municipalities, county agencies, state and federal governments, as well as private and industry clients. We can serve as a liaison between the contractor and project manager, providing written reports as to the work progress, safety conditions, scheduling, requests for information, and payment.
Our team has experience in overseeing subcontractors to ensure compliance with specifications and the timely completion of task orders. We will work to see that your project meets all applicable codes and is in compliance with the Construction Drawings and Specifications.
Civil Engineering Associates can perform field inspections, direct progress meetings, track job progress, and process change orders for you.
